About Us
Built On Praise, Called To Transform
Yadah City International is a Christ-centred church where thanksgiving is a lifestyle and transformation is the testimony of every member.
Our Story
A City Set On A Hill
Yadah City International was born out of a burden for authentic worship and genuine life change. The Hebrew word yadah speaks of praise with extended hands — open, surrendered and thankful. That posture defines who we are.
Under the leadership of Pastor Frederick Adusei, Senior Pastor and Head Chairperson, the church has grown into a family that worships deeply, studies the Word carefully, prays consistently and serves its community practically.
We are building a spiritual city — a place of refuge, growth and commissioning — where every person who walks through our doors encounters the love and power of Jesus Christ.
Our Brand Verse
“Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised in the city of our God, in the mountain of his holiness.”
Psalm 48:1
Our Mission
To lead people into a living relationship with Jesus Christ through worship, discipleship, prayer and evangelism.
Our Vision
A transformed city and nations, filled with thankful worshippers who reflect the character of Christ.
Our Values
Christ above all, authentic worship, sound teaching, prayerful dependence, loving community and faithful service.
Statement of Faith
What We Believe
These convictions shape our teaching, worship and practice as a church family.
The Holy Scriptures
We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God and the final authority for faith, doctrine and daily living.
The Trinity
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
Jesus Christ
We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, sinless life, atoning death, bodily resurrection, ascension and soon return.
Salvation
We believe salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone, evidenced by repentance and a transformed life.
The Holy Spirit
We believe in the baptism and gifts of the Holy Spirit for holy living, power for service and the edification of the church.
The Church
We believe the church is the body of Christ, called to worship, disciple, fellowship, serve and evangelise.
Water Baptism & Communion
We practise believers' baptism by immersion and regularly celebrate the Lord's Supper.
Eternity
We believe in the resurrection of the dead, the final judgement, eternal life with God and the reality of eternal separation from Him.
